What we collect
What you give us through the quote form or in conversation: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the type of stone you have, rough measurements, and photos of your surfaces. Once a job is booked, we also hold your address and the details recorded on your warranty certificate.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (things like IP addresses and pages requested) to run and protect the site.
What we don't do
The site itself runs no analytics trackers and sets no cookies of its own. We don't sell or rent your details to anyone. And photos of your home stay private: we never use a customer's photos in our marketing without asking first and hearing a clear yes.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare your quote, schedule and complete the installation, keep your warranty record, and stay in touch about your job. If you ticked the consent box on the quote form, we may also send occasional service messages by SMS or email; you can opt out any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or just telling us.
Where it's stored
Enquiries and customer records live in our customer management system, LeadConnector (HighLevel), whose servers may be located overseas, including in the United States. The website is hosted on Cloudflare's global network. The embedded quote form is provided by LeadConnector and may set its own functional cookies inside the form.
How long we keep it
For as long as it's relevant: through your quote, your job, your warranty period, and the records a business is required to keep. If you'd like your details deleted sooner, ask, and we'll delete whatever we're not legally required to hold.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. The fastest route is the contact page. If you're not happy with how we handle a privacy concern, tell us first and we'll try to put it right; you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. No silent edits.
